What are your daily habits?

I have multiple daily habits yet there are two that have helped me quite a bit. The two daily habits that have helped me the most are taking two daily walks, and a mindful meditation practice every morning. The two walks a day have helped both my mental health and mental health. Meditation has helped my mental health a great deal. The two walks a day and daily meditation is something I don’t see myself stopping anytime soon.
