Really Early Halloween Morning Ramblings

Good Morning and Happy Halloween, World!!! It is 4:38 in the morning here in Seattle and have been awake for almost 24 hours, which means I am extremely tired. Since I have been able to sleep, I have been reading. Specifically, I have been reading Carrie by Stephen King which I finished in a day and started reading Christine by Stephen King about two hours ago. I’m reading horror books due to it being Halloween.

As much as I wish I was able to sleep and enjoy reading, I’m grateful to spend as many waking hours as possible with my cat, Billie. As I mentioned in my last post, Billie has terminal cancer and is in palliative care here at home with me. I’m not sure how much time he has and neither do his vets but I’m grateful to have time with my sweet boy, Billie.

Since we are on the topic of health in regard to my cat, let’s talk about my health issues. Thankfully, my health issues don’t include cancer or anything terminal. I am dealing with anemia, which means I have low iron. I am so anemic that I have to get iron infusions twice a week for three weeks in a row. I have two more iron infusions left which is this coming up week.

I do not have anything else to discuss or share or to write about in this particular blog post except to say it is time to cuddle with my cat, Billie, read and hopefully eventually go to sleep. I do want to thank you the reader for reading my blog. It is greatly appreciated from my end of things that you the reader, read my blog. If it was not for you the reader, reading my blog I would not be continuing to write my blog. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading my blog. Peace Out, World!!!
