Weekly Check-In

Good Evening, World!!! It is Saturday evening which means it is time for my weekly check-in. I realize I have not done a weekly check-in for weeks, but I am back to doing them. I also realized that I might not have much to say in this weekly check-in that I haven’t already posted about since I have posted a buttload of blog post already.

As you are I had a job interview this past Tuesday and that the next day I was asked for references the next day via email. I, of course, did email them my references. I was informed that I will, find out if I got the job or not by the end of this coming up week. I am hoping to find out sooner than later if I got the job or not.

I also volunteered at PAWS Cat City this past Thursday as I missed my shift this past Sunday due to the fact that I was not feeling well. I also volunteered with Alley Cat Project this past Thursday and Friday as well as this morning. I love volunteering and being able to give back to my community especially if it involves cats. I love cats.

An Afternoon of Artwork

Good Afternoon, World!!! It is three thirty-three in the afternoon here in Seattle and I have been doing nothing but some form of art since I got home from breakfast with my friends. I have been doing diamond art/painting of a tuxedo cat in a tree. I also started coloring a mandala coloring page. I will include pictures in a future post as I want to do more with the artwork that I am doing.

A Fun Time w/Friends at Breakfast

Good Afternoon, World!!! It is 12:06 in the afternoon here in Seattle and I am back home from having breakfast with my friends. Two of my friends took me out to breakfast. They took me out to breakfast to one of my favorite restaurants called the Blue Star Cafe and Pub. It is in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle. In fact, it by the novelty shop Archie McPhee’s. Archie McPhee’s is a big deal here in Seattle. Anyway, my friends and I had a wonderful breakfast and thought the food was really yummy. We had a great time and had fun.

Ruminating Potential Job

Good Morning, World!!! As I wait for my friends to pick me up to go for breakfast, I am thinking about the potential job I interviewed for this past Tuesday. In fact, I am ruminating about it as well as wondering if I am going to get the job. I am doing both rumination and wondering if I got the job because I was asked for references via email the day after the interview. I really want the job as I feel like it will be a good fit for me. I also want the job because I am getting bored with so much time on my hands as well as needing the money to pay for everyday things like food.

Speaking of money, if you regularly read my blog, you know that I have advertisements on my blog. The reason why is because I make money from them. The thing is that the only way I make money from them is if you click on the ad and allow them to completely load before exiting out of the ad. I am hoping that you the reader can click on one or two of the advertisements and let them completely load so I can earn a penny or two that will eventually add up to $100 so I can get paid. It will be greatly appreciated if you can do that for me, please.

Feeling Emotional

Good Morning, World!!! It is seven twenty in the morning here in Seattle and I am feeling emotional. I am feeling emotional because I am missing my parents. Sadly, both of my parents died within two months of each other. My mom died of lung cancer and my dad died in hospice care from aspiration pneumonia. It has only been three months since my mom died and one month since my dad died. The grief is really intense at this moment in time. I wish both of them were still alive. I miss both of them very much.

The grief of losing both of my parents might be intense right now but I am grateful for the friends I have in my life. In fact, two of friends are taking me out to breakfast. They are taking me to breakfast at Blue Star Cafe and Pub in the Walingford neighborhood of Seattle. In fact, Blue Start Cafe and Pub is near the novelty store Archie McPhee’s which is a big deal here in Seattle. I have some amazing friends who care about me and willing to take me out to breakfast for no reason other than they care about me.

Up Too Early & Plan for the Day

Good Morning, World!!! It is four fourteen in the morning here in Seattle and I am up way too early. On that note I also ended up going to bed really early for me last night which explains why I am up way too early. I got a really good night of sleep for a change and that is a good thing for especially after my insomnia was acting up.

Two of my friends are planning on taking me out to breakfast later this morning. We are going to one of my favorite places to eat called Blue Star Cafe & Pub. It is in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle. In fact, it is near Archie McPhee’s which is a fun novelty shop which my friends and I might end up going to after breakfast. I am so very grateful that I have friends who care about me and like to treat me to meals especially my favorite meal of the day, breakfast.
