An Awesome Time At The University of Washington Football Game Against Weber State

Good Morning, World!!! It is 12:34 in the morning here in Seattle. I attended the University of Washington football game against Weber State. It was a great game and I left at half time due to the noise level. When I left the Huskies were 14 and the Wildcats were 0. The final score was Huskies 35 and Wildcats 3. I truly enjoyed myself and I am grateful that I attended thanks to having a free ticket. I have pictures to show you all and will post this in this blog post. I will be adding captions for the my readers who are site impaired or blind.

A look from the 100 level to the 300 level which is where my seat was. Taken a couple of hours before the game started.
The view from my seat a couple of hours before the game started. On a plus note, I was on the 50 yard line even though I was so high up.
Another view from my seat looking toward the water a few hours before the game started. This is where boaters can park their boats to attend the game.
The Husky marching band did a field show before the game. This spells out “DAWGS”

I do not have much more to discuss but I do want to say I had a blast. I do want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading my blog. Peace Out, World!!!

Weekly Check-In

Good Evening, World!!! It has been an uneventful week. I ended up not doing much except volunteer at PAWS Cat City and Alley Cat Project. I haven’t done much of anything as I have been isolating. I didn’t even go to the Mariner’s game this past Wednesday due to depression and isolation.

On a good note Junior and I have been hanging out together all day, today. We will be going to the University of Washington (UW) Husky football game. We will head over in about a half hour as it is only one stop away on the light rail and it starts at 8pm. Thankfully, Junior and I live not to far from the light rail station. I am looking forward to the game.

I don’t have much more to say in this weekly check in. I do hope to take pictures of the husky game and share them with you. Thank you for reading my blog. Peace Out, World!!!

Happy Labor Day

Happy Labor Day!!! It is Labor Day here in the United States. While Labor Day is now a three day weekend for many people, many others still have to work. Here is a link to a USA Today news article about how Labor Day got its start: http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2016/09/04/labor-day-history/89826440/.

This Labor Day weekend Junior and I have pretty much been laying low and staying home. Or at least not really going any where more than five miles away from home. Our goal for this weekend is to spend quality time together without spending much money and to avoid crowds as much as possible with one exception. We  did attend a college football game and I am happy to say that the team Junior and myself were rooting for won by a landslide. And yes the team we saw play is less the five miles away from home.

It’s been nice just staying home and do nothing. Most importantly its been nice to spend time with  Junior. As I look back on the 11 1/2 years of working this is the first Labor Day I have had off and am taking advantage of it by being with the man I love.

I don’t have much more to talk about. I hope you all enjoy your Labor Day. Don’t forget to thank those who are working today. Have a good day off if you have today off. Peace Out, everyone!!!
