Spending Time With My Kitty

Hello, World!!! I went to the street fair in my neighborhood again today. I had a blast until my PTSD symptoms caused several panic attacks. I came home in tears and Lil Gertie came up to me and snuggled up with me. She is doing a wonderful job with helping me deal with my emotions.

Now that I am calmed down I can use other skills to help me deal with the unwanted left over emotions. One of the things I did was painted. I attempted to paint Lil Gertie but it didn’t come out the way I wanted it to. That’s okay because a friend of mine is going to help me learn how to paint a tad bit better.

Hello, World!!! I like to introduce you to Lil Gertie. We share the same name. Hence the reason she is Lil Gertie. IMG_0354

For my sight impaired readers Lil Gertie is a white short haired mixed breed domestic cat. She loves to purr.

Getting Excited

Good Morning, World!!! I am getting excited as I am planning on getting a cat today. The cat will be an Emotional Support Animal (ESA). Getting an ESA will help reduce the symptoms of my Anxiety, Depression and PTSD.

Having an animal of any kind has been proven to be helpful to reduce people’s symptoms’s of their mental health diagnosis. This is why my therapist has suggested and supported me getting an ESA. I can’t wait to tell him tomorrow about it as well as during our session on Tuesday.

Before I get the cat I have to go to the pet store and get more supplies for my new kitty. I already have food and litter. I just need a litter box, treats and toys. I also need to get a carrier for the cat.

I need to get going as I the excitement as I write this is getting overwhelming for me. Thanks for reading. Peace Out, World!!!

Too Excited To Sleep

Good Morning, World!!! I am too excited to sleep as I get my cat later today. My cat is going to be an emotional support animal. I am hoping that the one I fell in love with on Friday is still up for adoption.

The cat is help me with the symptoms of both the Depression and the PTSD. I emailed my therapist telling him about it. I am sure he is going to be happy to hear about that I will be helping myself with getting a cat for my symptoms.

Looking Forward To Tomorrow

Hello, World!!! I am looking forward to tomorrow (May 20th) as I am getting an emotional support animal. Actually, I am going be getting me a cat. I will be getting the cat from a pet rescue.

My therapist thinks it is a good idea for me to get a cat as he thinks it will be of help to me and my symptoms of both Depression and PTSD. In fact it was his idea that I get one as I kept mentioning how visiting neighbors and their pets has been helpful for me to reduce the symptoms of my mental health conditions.

When I get the cat I will be posting pictures of them. I can’t wait to show you what my cat looks like and what their name is.

Weekly Check-In

Good Evening, World!!! My has been basically the same as last week. I went to therapy and saw my psychiatric nurse practitioner. I also so my doctor.

The only things that were different is one I have already written about today multiple times. I went to the street fair in my neighborhood today with Junior. We both had a blast.

The thing I found out about when we came to my place is when I checked my mail. I found out that I had been approved by my apartment management company to have an Emotional Support Animal (ESA). I am going to be getting me a cat tomorrow. So that is the big news for the week. I am getting excited about getting the cat.

Update About My Day

Good Evening, World!!! Today has been a great day. I have spent the day with my wonderful partner, Josh. He is an amazing man. We spent the day together having adult fun as well as other fun that is more G rated. It is the G rated stuff I will be discussing in this post.

Junior and myself attended the street fair in our neighborhood. We held hands the entire time. We at lots of food as well. We both got some t-shirts. I only got one but that doesn’t mean I won’t get something tomorrow. Junior got a handful of t-shirts he had to have. We are both t-shirt lovers.

I think I will get going, as I want to spend time with Junior. Have a great day. Peace Out, World!

So Far So Awesome

Good Afternoon, World!!! Today, has been an awesome day. When Junior got home from work I made him some breakfast. Breakfast consisted of French Toast, scrambled eggs and fresh strawberries. After breakfast is when we became passionate.

We became passionate in bed. We made love. Sex only two individuals who are in love can have due to the passion we have for each other.

After a couple of hours of passionate sex, Junior took a nap and I went and got my hair cut. I actually just got it trimmed.

When I get home from getting my hair cut that is when Junior and I went to the street fair. We had a great time looking at the arts and/or crafts people were selling to make some money. The fair food was awesome. The best part was being able to hold hand with Junior.

Nothing But Love

Good Morning, World!!! Junior is being so sweet. He is washing the dishes. He wouldn’t let me do them as I was the one the made breakfast. So far the best part of the morning was the passionate kiss we had when he got home.

I think after Junior is done with the dishes we are going to make love. Watching Junior do the dishes is making me aroused. There is something quite attractive about a partner doing dishes for you. I love Junior so much and I know he loves me just as much.

Good Morning, World

Good Morning, World!!! I am sitting here at my laptop with a replay of the royal wedding as it is background noise for me. One of these day Junior and I are actually going to get married but we still haven’t set a date.

I am awake at this early in the morning on a Saturday because I am waiting for Junior to get home from work. Having someone by my side that loves me is a good thing. Junior’s support of me has been never ending and his love is the same; never ending.

Today, Junior and I are going to the street fair in our neighborhood after Junior gets a few hours of sleep due to working a twenty four hour shift as a fire fighter. We both like going to the street fair to look at all the arts and crafts people have made to sell to earn money. Most importantly we love the fair food. This fair has no rides but it sure has plenty of fair food.
