Concussion + Fire Alarm + Anger = A Headache

Good Afternoon, World!!! Right now, I am dealing with a major headache on top of dealing with symptoms from my PTSD. I have a headache because I have concussion and on top of that a neighbor keeps pulling the fire alarm which doesn’t help the headache. Loud noises like a fire alarm are not helpful for a concussion or headache.

Anyway, my anger is fuming at the moment because one of my neighbors keeps pulling the fire alarm pull stations. I am not the only person who is angry over this situation and there is nothing my neighbors and I can do about the neighbor pulling the fire alarm. It is angering me because I keep having to put my cat, Billie in his carrier to evacuate. My cat, Billie and the other animals in the building including the humans should not have to deal with a neighbor pulling the fire alarm for no reason at all. It is also angering me because it triggers my PTSD as I have been in two fires when I was a child. I am sure if my cat, Billie could talk human he would say it angers him as well.

I do not have anything else to discuss or share or to write about in this particular blog post except that I hope my headache goes away. I do want to thank you the reader for reading my blog. It is greatly appreciated from my end of things that you the reader, read my blog. If it was not for you the reader, reading my blog I would not be continuing to write my blog. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading my blog. Peace Out, World!!!

Home From the Emergency Room

Good Afternoon, World!!! I am finally home after six hours in the emergency room. I was in the emergency room for a concussion caused by me not paying attention to my surroundings. Meaning that I was not paying attention to where my cat, Billie was. My cat, Billie was walking close to me, and I tripped over him and hit my head on the corner of my kitchen counter. I have a gash in my forehead that needed stitches which I got and sadly have a concussion as well. I am pretty sure that I am going to rest for the remainder of the day and lay low as I really don’t want to deal with people right now. Laying low is a good thing to help with my concussion and I look forward to spending time with my cat, Billie.

I do not have anything else to discuss or share or to write about in this particular blog post except that I hope my pounding headache goes away quickly and that my concussion heals quickly.

In the Emergency Room

Good Morning, World!!! It looks like I will not be able to volunteer at PAWS Cat City this afternoon. The reason is I am currently in the hospital. Specifically, I am in the emergency room. I am in the emergency room because I tripped over my cat, Billie and ended up hitting my head on the corner of my kitchen counter. I thankfully didn’t lose consciousness, but I am really glad that my friend was with me when it happened. I do have a big gash on my forehead that needed stitches. I had a couple of tests done like a CT scan and an MRI to make sure nothing major is going on in my brain. The doctors do suspect that I have a concussion, and I really hope that is all I have. Yes, I know concussions are bad but if that is all I have on top of a gash in my forehead with stitched then I will take it.

I do not have anything else to discuss or share or to write about in this particular blog post except I hope that I get discharged from the emergency room sooner than later and that I only have minor concussion with a gash in my forehead that has stitches.

Up Way Too Early, Again

Good Morning, World!!! It is three fifty-one in the morning here in Seattle and I have been awake since around three o’clock in the morning. I wish I did not wake up this early, but I did. I ended up starting my period during the night when I was sleeping which sucks. To make matters worse my cramps are worse than normal. I am sure you the reader don’t want to hear about my period, so I am going to change the subject.

As much as I wish I could fast asleep this early in the morning on a Sunday, I am happy that my cat, Billie is so cuddly. As I cuddle with my cat, Billie, I have been reading. I have been reading a book that is in the dark fantasy and queer genres. In fact, I am reading a really good book series known as Fire & Brimstone by Nikole Knight. I am on the third book of this series, and I am grateful that I found this series as it is really good. It is a six-book series.

I do not have anything else to discuss or share or to write about in this particular blog post.

Weekly Check-In

Good Evening, World!!! It is Saturday evening which means it is time for my weekly check-in. I realize I have not done a weekly check-in for weeks, but I am back to doing them. I also realized that I might not have much to say in this weekly check-in that I haven’t already posted about since I have posted a buttload of blog post already.

As you are I had a job interview this past Tuesday and that the next day I was asked for references the next day via email. I, of course, did email them my references. I was informed that I will, find out if I got the job or not by the end of this coming up week. I am hoping to find out sooner than later if I got the job or not.

I also volunteered at PAWS Cat City this past Thursday as I missed my shift this past Sunday due to the fact that I was not feeling well. I also volunteered with Alley Cat Project this past Thursday and Friday as well as this morning. I love volunteering and being able to give back to my community especially if it involves cats. I love cats.

I do not have anything else to discuss or share or to write about in this particular blog post.

Mid-Day Ramblings

Good Afternoon, World!!! It is twelve thirty-three in the afternoon here in Seattle and I am still awake. As much as I would have loved to go to sleep when I felt like I could; I could not. I could not because I did a volunteer shift with Alley Cat Project. In fact, I am still doing my volunteer shift with Alley Cat Project. My volunteer shift ends at one o’clock in the afternoon. When my shift ends in twenty-seven minutes, I am planning on taking a nap. A long nap at that.

As much as I am looking forward to my nap and plan on taking one, I also have other ideas on what I would like to do with my day. One of the things I am going to do once I am done with my nap is to continue listening to a podcast. A podcast about philosophy. The philosophy podcast I am listening is Philosophize This. I really enjoy listening to this podcast and learning about philosophy. In fact, I read books that are suggested in the podcast as well as read up on the philosophers who are discussed in the podcast.

As I listen to the podcast, Philosophize This, I plan on doing some art. The type of art I plan on doing is diamond art/painting. The diamond art/painting that I am doing is the one the tuxedo cat in a tree. I am nowhere close to being finished as it is a slow process. A process that is well worth it as once it is finished, you have a sense of accomplishment and a finished piece of art. I really enjoy doing diamond art/painting and I grateful that my neighbor introduced me to it.

I do not have anything else to discuss or share or to write about in this particular blog post except that I really want some sleep, and I hope I can easily fall asleep for a nap.

Finally Got Sleep

Good Morning, World!!! It is 10:09 in the morning here in Seattle and it is a beautiful sunny day outside. I also finally got some much-needed sleep which is something I needed since I will be doing volunteer shift with Alley Cat Project and PAWS Cat City.

Oh, how I love to be able to give of my time to nonprofit organizations especially ones that help cats. I really enjoy giving my time especially when it comes to helping cats as I am a huge cat lover. I also love that my volunteer positions at Alley Cat Project and PAWS Cat City are completely different yet gives me a similar skill set for future volunteer jobs as well as future paid employment.

Speaking of employment, I had a job interview this past Tuesday which I thought did not go so very well. It apparently went better than expected as I received an email yesterday asking for references. I take being asked for references after a job interview as a good sign and I really hope it is a good sign. I really would like this job.

I do not have anything else to discuss or share or to write about in this particular blog post.

Diamond Painting Slowly Progressing

Good Afternoon, World!!! If you read my blog on the regular basis, you know that I am really enjoy doing diamond art/painting. In fact, I have been working on this particular diamond art/painting since this past Saturday, and it is Wednesday. The diamond art/painting that I am doing is one of a tuxedo cat in a tree. As I have mentioned in previous blog post, I chose this particular diamond art/painting because my own cat, Billie is a tuxedo cat. It is my plan to share a picture of the progress I am making on the diamond art/painting I am working on.

(So, if you are sight impair or blind I will be adding captions to the pictures I will be posting.) The pictures are following this sentence:

The diamond art/painting of a tuxedo cat in a tree that I am doing is slowly progressing.

I do not have anything else to discuss or share or to write about in this particular blog post. I do want to thank you the reader for reading my blog. It is greatly appreciated from my end of things that you the reader, read my blog. If it was not for you the reader, reading my blog I would not be continuing to write my blog. A Bit Pissed at the Moment

Good Morning, World!!! It is almost five o’clock in the morning here in Seattle and I am a bit pissed at the moment. I am pissed due to the fact that right after I posted my last blog post a neighbor in crisis decided the building fire alarm. I, of course evacuated my apartment with my cat, Billie. As my neighbors and were evacuating the building many of us saw this neighbor throw his cat out his seventh-floor apartment. Sadly, the cat did not make it. Anyway, Seattle fire department showed due to the fire alarm, and they called Seattle police.

The police showed up right as the neighbor in crisis decided to throw pool balls through the first-floor community windows which are double pained. Sadly, one of the pool balls ended up hitting another neighbor in the head. She went to the hospital to get medically evaluated and is planning on pressing charges against the neighbor in crisis as this isn’t first time he has done something like this. Sadly, I heard a Seattle police officer discourage this neighbor from pressing charges due to the other “neighbor being in crisis.” This is why I am pissed as hell especially at the Seattle police officer who said that. Why should my neighbor who got hurt by the neighbor in crisis be discouraged from pressing charges?

Anyway, long story short as of this writing of this particular blog post, my neighbors and I are allowed back in our apartments as the neighbor in crisis is in front of the building in handcuffs screaming at the Seattle police officers. From what I am understanding the neighbor in crisis going to the hospital to get a psych evaluation. As far as the neighbor in crisis dead cat, the Seattle Animal Control is investigating and planning on pressing charges for animal cruelty.

I do not have anything else to discuss or write about in this particular blog post. I do want to thank you the reader for reading my blog. It is greatly appreciated from my end of things that you the reader, read my blog. If it was not for you the reader, reading my blog, I would not be continuing to write my blog. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading my blog. Peace Out, World!!!
