It is time of week where I share a picture or two of cats. This week is one picture of my beloved cat, Billie.

The U-District Farmer’s Market
Good Afternoon, World!!! It is Saturday afternoon here in Seattle. I went to the U-District Farmers Market like I do every Saturday. I got my usual breakfast sandwich that was yummy like always. This time around I bought myself a bouquet of autumn colored flowers to help cheer myself up. I enjoy buying myself a bouquet of flowers every once in a while.
While at the U-District Farmers Market, I took some pictures. Pictures that are included in this blog post. I have captioned the picture for those readers who are sight impaired.
I don’t have anything else to write about nor any other pictures of the Farmers Market to show you. I do want to thank you for reading my blog. It is greatly appreciated from my end of things that you the reader, read my blog. If it was not for you the reader, reading my blog, I would not be writing my blog. Again, thank from the bottom of my heart for reading my blog. Peace Out, World
Caturday with Billie
As I mentioned last week I will be starting Caturday with Billie today and will be posting pictures of my cat Billie. Sometimes I will post pictures of other cats but I will let you know who that cat is and how I know the cat but there will always be at least one picture of Billie in the post.
My Thoughts About Blogging More Regularly
Good Evening, World!!! If you have been reading my blog for a while now, you know every once in awhile, I attempt to come up with ways to blog more regularly. Sadly, a good portion of the time I do not follow through with the ideas which I have multiple excuses for and will not use them.
Let’s start with what I have done in the past and I know that I have followed through on it before but stopped which are my Weekly Plans on Sunday mornings and my Weekly Check-Ins on Saturday evenings. The Weekly Plans are just bullet points of what I plan to do for the week and I post it Sunday mornings. Weekly Check-Ins are checking in about how my week went and I post it on Saturday evenings. I will start the Weekly Plans tomorrow morning and the Weekly Check-Ins next Saturday.
An idea I came up with today is taking pictures of my cat, Billie, and posting them on Saturdays and calling Caturday’s with Billie. I am hoping to start this next Saturday in the morning. I honestly hope I remember to do this next week.
Another idea I have is Funday Sundays. I am not sure what this will look like or when I will start it but it will be something fun and posted on Sundays.
On Wednesdays I hope to do Weekly Updates to update you on how my week is going so far. I am hoping to start it this Wednesday.
Another idea is to do book reviews on books I am reading or have recently read. Yes, I will put spoiler alerts on this as I don’t want to spoil a book for someone. This will start when I am done with one of the books I am reading.
That all I have for this post about blogging. Thank you for reading. Peace Out, World!!!
So Far A Good Saturday
Good Morning (again), World!!! I started the day off pretty well by doing a mindfulness meditation practice. I do at least two mindfulness meditation practices a day. One in the morning and one before bed. I find that starting and ending my day with a mindfulness meditation helps with my mental health challenges and my recovery.
I went to the University District’s Farmers Market to have a breakfast sandwich and to help support local farmers. While there I also bought me a sunflower as they are my favorite flower.
The above picture is the breakfast sandwich I devoured. I devoured it because it was good and yummy!!! I got it at a vendor that only sells breakfast sandwiches at the University Districts Farmer’s Market. The U-District Farmer’s Market happens every Saturday, year-round from 9:00am to 2:00pm.
When I arrived home I decided to attend an online twelve step meeting that focuses on adult children that grew up with dysfunctional families and alcoholic parents. I really enjoy going to the twelve step meetings.
Now it is time to cuddle with my kitty cat, Billie. I love my cat so much. I’m thinking I might start a weekly post called Caturday Pictures of Billie for a Saturday post.
I don’t have much else to say in this particular blog post. I do want to thank you for reading my blog. Peace Out, World!!!
There’s No Place Like Home
Good Evening, World!!! Happy Caturday to all you cat lovers out there or to those who are not a fan of cats then Happy Saturday to you. If you read my last two posts you know I didn’t sleep very well last night. On that note, I still went and visited my grandpa.
While visiting my grandpa, I did my laundry and helped my grandpa with some chores even though he wanted to do them tomorrow (Sunday) but was appreciative that I helped out. My grandpa also took me out to breakfast which I greatly appreciated. In fact I am grateful when people treat me to a meal, whether it is homemade or at a restaurant. I love my grandpa so very much and am thrilled that I still have a grandparent to be alive especially since I am in my mid-40’s. I am grateful to have spent time with my grandpa but I am happy to be home.
In fact I have been home for several hours now and there is no place like home. To be honest I’ve been sleeping for the last several hours which means the short nap I was planning on taking ended up more like a night of sleep despite it being in the middle of the day, Seattle time. I must have needed the sleep. I just really hope I am able to sleep tonight especially since I work tomorrow (Sunday).
I normally work from home on Sundays but I am going to the office so I clean my desk as it is messy as hell. Plus I forgot to bring my notebook home with me so I can do my notes at home. But at least I know doing notes at work is easy to do in the office on Sundays versus on weekdays. But I would rather work from home on Sundays.
There is no place like home as home is where my cat Billie is. I would rather be home with my cat, Billie. I love my cat so much. I am so grateful for the unconditional love my cat, Billie gives me. So, for me there is no place like home because of my cat.
I do not have much more to say in this particular blog post. I do want to thank you for reading my blog. I greatly appreciate that you the reader, read my blog. If it was not for you the reader, reading my blog, I would not be writing my blog. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading my blog. Peace Out, World and Happy Caturday!!!
Lazy Type of Day
Good Afternoon, World!!! It has been a lazy day. I started off the day reading the first two chapters of a holiday book when I woke up this morning with my cat Billie on my lap as I was sipping some hot teat. I started getting a little sleeping from reading even though the book appears to be so far so good in the first two chapter.
On that note I really did not want to go back to sleep and take a nap since I had already just woken up from a good night sleep. I decided to buy some stuff off of Amazon. Mostly, I purchased artsy and crafty and stuff with one exception of more tarot cards and a beginners guide to the beginners guide to tarot cards and guides. I have course will spend the rest of the day with my cat, Billie. Not sure if I will continue to read or end up watching movies.
As far as tomorrow goes, I plan on volunteering at PAWS Cat City. Of course when I get home, I will spend time with Billie. After that I will do some much need house hold chores of cleaning my apartment. So, tomorrow is going to be my chore day.
I do not have much more to say for this particular blog post. I do want to thank you for reading my blog. Happy Holidays and Peace Out, World!!!
Best Part of Waking Up is Billie in My Lap as I Read
Good Morning and Happy Saturday, World!!! I slept in this morning which was awesome since I woke up in the middle of the night. It took me about two hours to get back to sleep but on the good note I was able to get back to sleep as well as sleep in.
In fact the best part of this morning was not the sleeping in part part; it was the Billie cuddling up in my lap as I finally chose a holiday book to read. In fact it is a Christmas book I am going to start reading after I am done posting this particular blog post. The book I will be reading is ” Sleigh Bells Riding” by RaeAnne Thayne. I’m not exactly sure what the book is about except it is set during Christmas time. It is going to be one of those days I stay in and read as well as hang out with my wonderful cat, Billie.
The weather is the typical Seattle weather. The ground is wet gut at least it is not raining. Do it’s a damp cold day in Seattle. I might even work on my jigsaw puzzle to today which is in the holiday spirit.
i co not have much more to say in this particular blog post. I do want to thank you for reading my blog. Happy Holidays and Peace Out, World!!!
Still Awake Early on a Saturday
Good Morning, World!!! It is now 6:03 in the morning in Seattle. As I stated in my last post I was doing some math. I realized I didn’t have the most up to date Books for Dummies when it comes to Basic Math and Pre Alegerbra so I ordered the most updated one. In fact the last few days, I’ve ordered a hand full of Books for Dummies on various subjects. I’m doing this at forty plus years old because I want to know my shit even if I might not have someone to discuss it with. Just knowing that I know something is satisfying enough for me even if I want to discuss it with other people.
I hope next week I will start my education with the Books for Dummies. I just really want to do something productive in my spare time especially since I am currently unemployed. In fact I hope to continue to do it in my spare time when I do finally get some work.
Other things I hope to do in my spare time might have to wait till I get a job like getting back into the comic book world because he needs lots of money for that. In fact it is a hobby I haven’t done in a while due to Covid-19 which sucked. On that not other hobbies I have continued to do on and off is art work by way of coloring and painting. I’ve also occasionally done stamped cross stitch and will get more into it so I can do counted cross stitch. Something that I am now just picking up and teaching myself to do latch hook. You can do pillows, rugs, mats to wipe your feet on at the front door and other such things.
On that note, I do not have much more to say in this particular blog post. I do want to thank you for reading my blog. It is greatly appreciated from my end of things that you read my blog. If it was not for you the reader, reading my blog, I would not be writing my blog. So, thank you again from the bottom of my heart for reading my blog. Peace Out, World!!!
Way Up Too Early on a Saturday Morning
Good Morning, World from Seattle, Washingtion. Right now it is 2:57 in the morning here in Seattle. To me it’s a little too early to be up at this time on Saturday morning. I have been having trouble sleeping lately and the insomnia isn’t helping as well as the traumatic events I have recently experienced.
One of the first things I did when I woke up was wish Billlie, my cat, a good morning. I then went down stairs to the community room and got me a group soda from one of the vending machines. I then came back up to my apartment and turned on a podcast about philosophy while giving Billie some attention. The podcast I am listening to as I write this particular blog post as well when I gave Billie some attention is Philosophize This. I am learning a great deal from listening to this podcast. In fact I feel like I’m getting an education from this philosophy podcast.
After finishing this particular blog post and listening to the current episode of the podcast, I most likely will be doing some math. Yes, I know doing math when it is not for school and/or work is weird but I want to be able to better myself. Yes, math is a way I want to better myself and I know it is unheard of when you are in your forties.
I guess listening to a podcast on philosophy and doing math is a way of educating myself. I’m not educating myself for other people but for myself. Plus, the more I learn the more I can talk about the subject if it is brought up in a conversation.
I do not have much more to say in this blog post. I do want to thank you for reading my blog. If it was not for you the reader, reading my blog, I would not be writing my blog. It is greatly appreciated from my end of things that you do read my blog. Again, thank you for reading my blog. Peace Out, World!!!
