Frustration with WordPress & My Television

Hello, World!!! Right now I am frustrated with WordPress and my television. I am frustrated with WordPress because it appears they changed things around. I am frustrated with my television because a good portion of my channels aren’t working or choosing to not be on. I don’t have cable so i use anta which usually works fine. Now I have to pay for Hulu to watch live television. Wish I didn’t have to do that but if I want to keep up on the latest news its the best bet. I do subscribe to Netflix and wish they had live television.

On the plus side I’ve been cuddling with my cat while reading. I am really enjoying the book that I am reading. In fact it’s the first book of a trio of books. I love books that are a serious of books.

I do not have much more to say in this particular post. I do want to thank you for reading my blog. It is greatly appreciated from my end of things that you read my blog. If it wasn’t for you the reader, reading my blog, I would not be writing my blog. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading my blog. Peace Out, World

Still Waiting on Blogging University Assignments

Good Morning, Word!!!! I am still waiting for the emails on the courses I am taking through WordPress. In fact they signed me up for a course I didn’t sign up for but I guess, I will try it out. Nothing will come out negative from it as I expect I will learn from it.

I was hoping to start one of the courses today but I’m not sure that is going to happen and I think I am okay with that at the moment. Part of the reason why I am doing the blogging is so I can have some sort of structure in my life since I am currently unemployed due to being unemployed from being laid off.

I do not have much more to say in this particular blog post. I do want to thank you for reading my blog. It is greatly appreciated from my end of things that you the reader, read my blog as if you didn’t read my blog, I would not be writing my blog. Again thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading my blog. Peace Out, World!!!

Another Attempt to Regularly Blog

Good Morning, World!!! Or at least it is still morning in the Seattle area. I am writing this blog to start blogging on the more consistent basis. I am doing this so I can keep you the reader not so bored with my blog and keep you interested.

I am planning on doing this by doing WordPress courses such as the photography course as well as the poetry course and the everyday inspiration course. I’ also planning on doing my weekly plans as well as my weekly check in’s. I’m hoping this will keep you interested in reading my blog.

I do not have much more to talk about in this particular blog. I do want to thank you for reading my blog. It means the world to me that you read my blog. Again thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading my blog. Peace Out, World!!!!

Hello, World!!! Today, has been an unexpected. First I found out that I have reached over one thousand followers on this blog. It is slightly surprising to find out that my first blog post was on May 31, 2014 and it’s taken this long get a thousand followers but I’m okay with that. I’m okay because I know my blog it not everyone cup of tea.

I started this blog to help lesson the stigma of having a mental health challenge as well as to educate other the people like me can be productive members of society no matter how it looks for the individual person. I also started blogging in hope to give others dealing with mental health challenges hope and that recovery look different for everyone.

I’ve discussed many things on this blog. Everything from self care to having a diagnosis to therapy and meds. We even discussed stigma as well as working creating a life worth living. I am grateful that as of right now life is worth living for me at the moment and I hope you can get to that point as well.

I do not have much more to say except thank to all my thousand followers for reading my blog. It is greatly appreciated from my end of things that you the reader, read my blog. If it was not for you the reader, reading my blog I would not be writing my blog. Again thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading my blog. It means the world to me. Peace Out, World!!!

Not the not So Typical Weekly Plans Blog

This weeks, weekly plans are not going go as planned. I didn’t get much sleep because I ended up in the hospital because my depression and anxiety were acting up. Thankfully, I wasn’t in a suicide mode or self harm mode.

After a few hours of sleep I am going to my grandpa’s house to do laundry. So sleep and laundry are on the list for today.

Of course I will be working Monday through Friday this week. It will not be an easy week but at least my friends, family and colleagues are being supportive.

Everyday Inspiration; Day 9: Writing & Not Writing

To write or not to write depends on the context. For example, my job requires me to write notes on clients after having a session with. I tend to write the notes on my clients as soon as possible; usually after the session is over. Sadly, there are times I can’t write notes after a session with client which is why the last hour of my work day is for paperwork which includes finishing up notes on clients I saw that day.

When it comes to blogging, I try to blog at least twice a week. On that note, as of today I am on a twenty-three day writing streak. I think in is one of the longest streaks I have been on. I’m sure I have had longer writing streaks when in comes to blogging but I’m sure how long ago it was or when it was.

When, I to comes to journaling, I tend to make an effort to do it three to four times a week. I try to do it that often because it’s a form self care for me. It helps me keep my mental health symptoms in check especially when my symptoms are acting up.

Now on to poetry, it usually happens when I feel inspired to do so. Sometimes it comes multiple times a day to not writing any poetry for a month or two. When it comes to not writing poetry for a month or two, I contribute to writers block which happens more often than I like it to happen.

As far as when and where I write is dependent on what I am writing. It is also dependent on the time of year due to the weather here in Seattle. I like to write outside but I only do that when it’s nice outside and not work related. When it’s work related it needs to be in a private due to HIPAA laws. Sadly, I do not have an outside setting that is private so it’s inside a private space for work related stuff.

Three Weeks in a Row of Blogging Everyday

Good Afternoon, World!!!! According to WordPress, I have a twenty-one streak of blogging. That means, I’ve been writing everyday for the last three weeks. I say that has been pretty consistent like I have been aiming for.

Blogging more consistently has been has been quite helpful maintaining my self-care. Self care helps me keeps me on track with my mental health recovery. Of course, my cat Billie Dean, like to help me do the occasional blog post. Mainly because Billie wants the attention.

I do not have much more to say in this particular blog post. I do want to thank you for reading my blog. It is greatly appreciated that you read my blog. If it wasn’t for you the reader, reading my blog, I would not be writing my blog. So, again, thank you again from the bottom of my hear for reading my blog. Peace Out, World!!!

Attempting to Improving my Blog & Making it More Consistent in Posting

Good Morning, World. It is still morning in my corner of the world known at Seattle. I know I have done this before and have sometimes not completed what I started as well as completed what I started in regards taking WordPress’s Blogging University free courses. It is my hope that I complete both courses, that I am taking. I signed up for them at the same time but will not be doing the courses at the same time. I am doing this I can make sure I am blogging for thirty days in a row as one course is twenty days while the other course is ten days. I figure if I am consistently blogging everyday, it will keep you the reader more interested in reading my blog. Honestly, I am not sure if it will keep you interested in continuing to reader my blog but it’s worth a shot and at least having an active blog usually tends to keep the readers interested.

In the course’s I will most likely bringing up the wonderful city, I live in; Seattle as well my wonderful cat, Billie Dean. I also may be writing about my wonderful job. I love the work I do and love my job. I feel like if I include everyday things in my assignments from the courses it won’t feel so much like courses. Even though I already have the first assignments, I most likely won’t start them for a few more days.

I also hope to be doing my weekly check in’s on Saturdays as well my weekly plans on Sundays as a way to be consistent with regularly blogging when I don’t have other things to blog about. Having consistency with things in my life including blogging is important to me.

I do not have much more to write about in this particular blog post. I do want to thank you for reading my blog. It is greatly appreciated from my end of things that you the reader, read my blog. If it wasn’t for you the reader, reading my blog, I would not be writing my blog. So, again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading my blog. Peace Out, World!!!

Blogging Idea’s & Other Ramblings

Happy Holidays, World!!! I have decided to start doing a couple of free courses WordPress puts on for free that I have done in the past. I have finished both of the courses a couple of times. On that note I have started the courses several times and never finished them. It is my hope that I will be able to not only start the courses but complete them once again. I hope to start them in the next couple of days.

Another idea I have for my blog is to restart my Weekly Plans on Sunday mornings. That’s where I tell you some of my plans for the week ahead. The other idea, I plan to do is do my Weekly Check-Ins on Saturday evenings.

I of course will be blogging about other stuff in the next few weeks as well as into the New Years. I will be talking about the holidays the next couple of weeks. Of course I will continue to talk about my cat Billie Dean and how adorable he is. I will also be blogging about work things as well as volunteer things. And let not forget about discussing about mental health and recovery related stuff.

The other ramblings I have to say is that my cat Billie Dean is be really cute and cuddly today. Billie is such a love but. On another note, Seattle was sunny out today. It was sunny but cold outside. As much as I am not a fan of cold at least it wasn’t freezing outside and it was sunny in Seattle this time of year.

I do not have much more to say in this particular blog post. I do want to thank you for reading my blog. I really appreciate you the reader for reading my blog. If it was not for you the reader, reading my blog I would not be writing my blog. Again, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading my blog. Happy Holidays and Peace Out, World!!!

Everyday Inspiration; Day 6: The Space to Write

Hello!!! When it comes to the space to write, it all depends what exactly I am writing. Let use blogging as an example at this current time. For me to be able to blog, I need to have internet connection as well as my laptop with me. I also need to make sure that if I blog that there is no chance of drizzle or rain as I live in Seattle.

When it comes to writing poetry, I just need to make sure I have a pen or pencil as well as some paper. I also have to make sure if I write outside that the weather isn’t drizzly or rainy especially in the autumn and winter months. Poetry is something I may or may not share with other depending how personal it is.

When it comes to journaling, I make sure I have a writing utensil and my current journal. I usually do this in the privacy of my own home. If I am not home and say on vacation, I do this in a private room. Journaling is a private thing I do and most of the time I don’t share them.

Writing spaces can be different for everyone. When I write at home I have a space at my creative table to do so. I just have to make sure there is room for my cat at the table so he can lay right by me as I write. My cat, Billie Dean appears to want to be near me when I am being creative which includes writing. I really like that fact that Billie like to be near me as I write as it seems to be that it helps me not have writers block.
