Everyday Inspiration; Day 9: Writing & Not Writing

Hello, World!!! To write or not to write is very dependent on the day as was as the time and what is going on in my life at the moment. For example there are times I like to go out to eat and take my laptop with me to writer. I sadly was not able to do that when we had the not so lovely pandemic of Covid-19 which is sadly still around. I do some of my best writing when I eat in a restaurant and Covid-19 prevent me from doing that but that’s okay as I found other ways to write or not to write.

When I comes to blogging I either write in my bedroom or my recliner if my cat Billie doesn’t want to sit on my lap. I also like to blog out doors as it can give me similar inspiration like blogging at a restaurant does.

As far as not writing, sometimes my cat can get in the way but I am more than okay with that. Other reasons for not writing is due to work or my mental health is acting up. As far as blogging outside it is all dependent on the weather out side. Seattle is known to have gloomy weather days which sucks but I’ve learned to deal with it.

Too Early To Be Awake on the First Day of a Job

Good Morning, World from the land known as Seattle. It is one forty seven in the morning here in Seattle and been awake since one o’clock Seattle time. Yes, it only been just over forty five minutes but I’m tired as fucking hell and have to get up in four hours.

I think it is pre jitter nerves for the first day of my new job in Everett. I’m not very familiar with the Everett area and will be spending at a location on my first day that I normal won’t be at. On that note, I get work from home for the rest of the week and start working at my “normal office” on the 18th of July. I’ll be working from 9:00am to 5:00pm so I sort of get to sleep in. On the plus note, I get to read or listen to a podcast as I will be taking public transportation.

On that note when I woke up at one o’clock in the morning I took some meds to help with my anxiety and nerves. The meds are starting to kick in so I’m going to try to go back to sleep. Just wish I was as sound as asleep as my Billie the cat is right now. I do wan to thank you for reading my blog. If wasn’t for you the reader, reading my blog, I would not be writing my blog. Again thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading my blog. Peace Out, World!!!

Update on Coloring Poster for my Mom

I’m coloring this Mandela poster for my mom. As you can tell, I’ve colored a great deal but still have a lot of color left to do

Good Evening, World!!! I just wanted to give you an update about the poster I am coloring for my mom’s birthday in early September. I wanted to show you how far I have come and have far I have yet to accomplish. I think the best part of this poster is that other people, are helping with it. People who are my friends and don’t know her are helping. In fact my dad’s side of the family is helping has well. Billie, my cat is trying to be helpful but is getting in the way by wanting to sleep on it. My aunts and uncles on my mom’s side are going to pitch in and pay for the framing. So this is a community post for my mom’s birthday as people know she has stage three lung cancer. As you know I live in Seattle but my mom lives in Olympia and her birthday is on a Friday. I was informed by my new boss as well as HR that I can take that Friday off and have a three day weekend in Olympia to spend with my mom. I’m beyond grateful that my community of friends, family, neighbors and former colleagues are helping me with this project. I hope my mom feels as supported as I do when she hears about all involved in this project. I love my mom so very much and hope that the cancer can be taken care of. I really love my mom and hopes she likes this birthday present.

18 Days in a Row of Blogging

Good Afternoon, World!!! As of today, I have been blogging for eighteen days in a row as of today. Part of it because I started doing Weekly Plans on Sundays once again. My next hope is to do Weekly Check-Ins on Saturdays but I can use the excuse of doing courses WordPress puts on through Blogging University. I started by doing Everyday Inspiration which is a twenty day course. I also signed up for both of the Photography; Developing your eye one and two. Both courses are ten days each which equals twenty days. So that equals to forty days in a row. I also signed up of Intro to Poetry which is also a ten day course. If you add all the courses I’ve signed up for it equals to fifty days in a row. I also signed up for a five day course about commenting and intend to do the course in the middle the courses I am currently taking and/or signed up for.

I do not have much more to say in this particular blog post. I do want to thank you for reading my blog. It is greatly appreciative from my end of things that you the reader, read my blog. If it was not for you the reader, reading my blog, I would not be writing my blog. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading my blog. Peace Out, World!!!

Everyday Inspiration; Day 8: Reinvent the Letter Format

In all honesty this is going to be a short and brief post because if feels like it is having me reinvent the letter or write a letter to someone who I don’t want to write one to or worse write one to someone who passed away. I don’t feel like rewriting a letter to someone who is dead or so to someone who might not give a fucking shit. That’s all I have to say about that.

Everyday Inspiration; Day 7: Let Social Media Inspirer You

Being inspired by social media is a catch twenty-two. For example I’m on WordPress to blog and it is inspiring as I get to read peoples stories of inspiration and I don’t think I have seen and dram on WordPress. To me that is a good thing

Another good thing about another Social Media site I am on is LinkedIn as it is a professional social media site. I’m on it to make sure my name is out there just in case I need a new job like I did recently dud to being laid off. LinkedIn helped me get noticed for my last two jobs as well as my new job that I will be start this Monday. I’m getting excited and anxious about it which is normal.

As far as Facebook book goes, it’s full of drama. I’m mainly on it to see some old friends. Oh I can’t forget about seeing the animals and pets people share on their Facebook. I think the pets, animals and friends is the why I stay on Facebook because there is way too much drama on it.

Everyday Inspiration; Day 6: A Place to Write

It’s hard to choose where to write as weather in Seattle can be not very predictable. Usually in the summer on a nice day I write outside. When It iis autumn and spring it alll depends if the weather is stormy outside then I write in the living room. As far as the winter goes its too cold and raining so I writing inside my living room. That’s all I have to say.
