Middle of the Night of No Sleep So Art Work & Music Type of Night

I’m not finished with coloring his Mandela but I worked on it a good hour.. I hope to update you with my progress with it. Coloring helps with my recovery as well as my mindfulness meditation

Sadly, I am not able to fall asleep again tonight so I decided to color. The above picture is what I colored just tonight as I listened to music. In fact I listened to my recovery play list. Coloring is a form of mindfulness meditation for me and the music helps me get into the groove. In fact there was a period of time my cat Billie Dean was trying to help me color which complicated things for a few minutes.

A Day to Cuddle With my Cat & Do Self Care

Good Morning, world from Seattle. It is a beautiful day in the Seattle. In fact I did some walking as I did my mindfulness meditation practice. I also did another mindfulness meditation as I cuddle with my cat, Billie Dean.

Todays a day of self care. I will be reading a book or I should start reading a book. I am looking forward to reding the book as it appears to be a good book from what the back side says. The books name is Freedomland by Richard Prize.

Another thing I will do it some crafting. Mainly I will do some cross stich. It is a mindfulness meditation for me me. The only problem is that Billie like to play with the string. Even though he likes to play with the string it is still relaxation.

Of course I will be cuddling my cat, Billie. Billie love to cuddle and love to sit on my lap as well as lay by my side when I am in bed or taking a nap.

Television Not Working; Time to Read

Good Afternoon, World!!! My television stopped working and not sure why. That means I get to catch up on some reading. I’m hoping my uncle or grandpa can help me with my television as I like to watch the news. I like to know what is going on in the world.

Granted the news can cause some anxiety but I like to know what is going on in the world. Despite the news being depressing, I think I will read a book. I have two choose books to choose from and i think I am going to read the singleton book ss the the other three books are a serious of books.

Another think I am going to to do is listen to a podcast about philosophy. I learn a great deal from philosophy. I listen to it by podcast. I’m glad I’m learning stuff about different subjects.

Not the Awaking I Wanted

gegGood Morning, World!!! It’s too early to be asleep and which my meds would work so I can sleep through the night. sadly that is not the case tonight. I’m not now not going to worry about the sleep issue asleep.

I think I’m going read and ply my cat. The book I am reading iw better than I thought it was going to . As fart as my cat goes, he is being a big as I write this blog. Hw likes to snuggle especially when I am reading. in fact I think I am going to rea now.

A Lazy Type of Day

Good Morning, World from my corner of the world known as Seattle. In fact it will be a lazy day for me except for doing some minor chores in my home. I am not going to do many chores today becaggguse I don’t feel like doing much of it.

Since I am not going to be doing many chores today, I plan on doing some mindfulness meditation practice. This will help me be in the present time. A time to be present minded in your own way. Mindfulness meditation is something that can change you in a positive way.

After doing mindfulness of day will help me play with my cat, Billie Dean and playing with him will be fun for both my cat and myself. Plus he will tired out after Billie is done playing.

The lazy part of the day is me reading a book today. I am looking forward to reading most of the day. I love to read. It helps me distract myself from the issues I am dealing with.\

A Mindfulness Type of Post

Good Morning, World!!! Or maybe I should say Happy Friday Eve!!! Either way, I am greeting everyone with a smile despite being somewhat anxious. Not sure why, I am anxious and I am okay with that. I am okay with that because of doing mindfulness and meditation.

I started doing the “Daily Calm” on the “Calm” app once again. At one point in time I did the “Daily Calm” over one hundred days in a row. I am hoping that I can get back into the habit of doing it again like I did before because it helped me be in a better headspace.

Not only does the “Daily Calm” put me in a better headspace, my cat does it as well. My cat, Billie Dean has helped me a great deal to be in a better headspace. Billie has also helped me do mindfulness especially when he is on my lap. I am so grateful for my cat.
