A Day of an Unexpected yet Mostly Good Things

Good Afternoon, World, from Seattle. Today has be full of the unexpected with mostly good things. First of all I finally got some much needed sleep and secondly Billie Dean did not use himself has an alarm clock and let e sleep in an extra thirty minutes.

The job is still very uncertain with the lay off thing. On that note I let my supervisor know yesterday I plan on staying but putting out resume’s out there which she understands and will be a great reference for me. I’ve bee letting client know as well because they deserve to know what is going on to the best of my abilities. My colleagues are supporting me in my decision. I really love my job as it is one of two of my dream jobs.

On that note the old HR Director from my current employer sent me some peer jobs that are opened at the moment. The other cool thing the former Vice President of my current employer did the same thing and they don’t work for the same compony anymore.

I’ve been highly focused on work to day by listening to music as I do notes on clients and taking breaks. While taking breaks, I’ve been reading comic books. Both remind me of my childhood and can help me refocus on what I need to focus on.

And lets not forget the love and attention I have been receiving from my beloved cat, Billie Dean. Billie gives me a ton of unconditional love that I don’t even deserve. I love Billie so much and I am so happy to have him in my life. He is an amazing kitty.

I do not have much more to say in this particular blog post. I do want to thank you for reading my blog. If it was not for you the reader, reading my blog, I would not be writing it. It is greatly appreciated from my end that you read my blog. Again from the bottom of my heart for reading my blog. I just want you to remember that my readers of my blog a beyond awesome. Sleepless in Seattle with Reminders of Childhood

First and fore most I would like to wish my friend Jodi a happy birthday. If she were still alive she would be 40 years old today. I think that is why I am listening to my childhood playlist on Spotify. To remember all the good things we had growing up.

I wish I could sleep but sadly I can’t. I think it is because I have so much on my mind which is why I am listening to childhood music and reading comic books. Of course Billie Dean my cat wants to help me blog.

Reading comic books and listening to childhood music help me grieve the death of my friend. She was a great friend, I should get going and try to sleep. I do have to work. Thank you for reading my blog. Peace Out World!!!

A Tiring Day Yet A Blessed Day

Today is Sunday and I have not forgot that today is a religious for both the Jewish faith and the Christian faith. It is Passover for those of the Jewish faith and is Easter for those of the Christian faith. I just wanted to acknowledge both faiths and hope they enjoy their perspective religious activities.

If with the lack of sleep due to insomnia, I do my regular shift at PAWS Cat City as well as an extra as well. I am hoping with the lack of sleep and two shifts at PAWS Cat City that I get a good night sleep tonight.

I also hope to spend time reading comic books while cuddling with my cat Billie Dean. I love my cat Billie so very much and I know he loves me.

Still Sleepless in Seattle

Good Morning, again, World!!! I am still sleepless in Seattle. Apartment is still cold despite the heat being on full blast but at least its slight warmer than my last post. Despite the lack of sleep, I till plan on volunteering at PAWS Cat City at 9:00am in the morning, Seattle time. I love volunteering especially at PAWS Cats City. I do have say my cat Billie Dean is a wee bit jealous when I get home from volunteering but quickly goes away when he gets treats, cat nip, extra wet food and some play time. Billie is one spoiled cat. I love him so much. Billie and I seem to be going be be reading Wonder Woman Comic Books till I go volunteer. Both of of us seem to be homebodies lately which is good thing.

Well, I guess it’s back to reading Wonder Woman comic books. I have a lot of them plus collectable of Wonder Woman stuff. I hope to talk to you later. Have a Sunday everyone. Peace Out World!!!

Too Early to be Awake on a Sunday

Good Morning, World!!! I guess its officially Sunday around the world that it is now past three in the morning in Seattle and Hawaii is three hours behind of us or I think they are. Anyway I was woken up partly because it’s cold in my apartment and needed to turn on the heat and part because Billie want his water from the bathroom sink faucet and not his two fountain water bowls or his other water bowl that looks like a water cooler.

I love my cat Billie Dean that if he wants to wake me up just after three o’clock in the morning for his preferred way of drinking water, I’m not going to say no especially since my apartment is cold and I needed to on the heat. I hate being too cold or too hot when I am trying to sleep especially when it’s cold.

On that note my precious love bug of a cat, Billie Dean is now in my lap purring on my lap. Billie is such a love bug and is very much a lap cat. He to quite the talker (meowing) at times and when I am trying to sleep it can be a bit annoying but it’s way to get love and attention when I am in the middle of doing something like having a good a sleep.

I don’t have much more to say in this particular post. Thank you for reading my blog. Do you realize it’s my time to hide & nap?

Hello, World!!! It is four thirty in the after noon in Seattle. This is the time Billie Dean goes into his hiding bed which is on my bed to take a nap. Apparently he is not happy with me because I was to take a nap as well. He does not have a happy face on and hope people can see it. I love giving Billie his space but I need sleep to. Cat Sleeping Like a Baby while Human is Sleepless in Seattle

At this time of day it is the middle of the night in Seattle. I am tired as fucking tired and wide awake. My cat Billie Dean aka Billie the Kat is sleeping like a baby. I wish he would share some of his sleep with me but I know it’s not going to happen.

On that note, I am listening to a podcast on philosophy. Specifically, the podcast Philosophize This. I highly recommend it. It’s very educational. I love learning new stuff.

Maybe its time to try to go back to sleep and hopefully sleep like baby like my baby like my cat, Billie Dean. I love my cat. So peace out world and good nights.

Up Too Early on a Saturday & it’s Not the Cats Fault; but I’m Blaming it on the Neighbors

Good Morning and Happy Saturday World!!! It is almost six o’clock in the morning and two of my neighbors who live in two different apartments on my floor decided to be in a screaming match most of the night. So, I do took out my ear plugs and it was quiet up till about thirty minutes ago. This time physical violent accord so the all so lovely Seattle Police took their sweet old time. They (the cops) were notified about a weapon being involved but still took their time. Took them nearly forty five minutes to show up only because the Seattle Fire Department needed to make sure it was “safe to check on the victim for the safety of the fire fighters as we don’t need our first responders hurt as well. Well, I am not sure how you have woken up or will wake this morning but I hope it is better than mine.

I’m heading back to bed and I think my cat is ready to do the same. Have good Saturday world!!! Peace Out, World!!!

A Sleepless Night in Seattle for this Human but not the Cat

As I mentioned in my last post a colleague of mine attempted suicided. This friend and colleague are going to make it. I visited for a couple of hours and came home to do some self care. Self care that included reading about Seattle History while holding my teddy bear and other stuffed animals. Of course I am unable to sleep due to my colleague but my cat is sure sound asleep snoring a way. I love my cat so much and am appreciative that you read my blog not matter how debby downer it is or positive polly it is and everything in between. Thank you for being loyal readers.

Not the not So Typical Weekly Plans Blog

This weeks, weekly plans are not going go as planned. I didn’t get much sleep because I ended up in the hospital because my depression and anxiety were acting up. Thankfully, I wasn’t in a suicide mode or self harm mode.

After a few hours of sleep I am going to my grandpa’s house to do laundry. So sleep and laundry are on the list for today.

Of course I will be working Monday through Friday this week. It will not be an easy week but at least my friends, family and colleagues are being supportive.
